Zanzibar’s Mfaume to officiate Cecafa U-20 Challenge Cup

The Council of East and central African Football Associations (Cecafa) has selected Zanzibar’s referee Ali Mfaume to officiate at the regional Cecafa U-20 Challenge Cup.

Uganda will host the tournament from September 21st to October 5th at the Pece War Memorial Stadium in Gulu and the Fufa Technical Centre in Njeru.

Tanzania will also have Martin Sanya and female referee Jonesia Kabakama and Frank Komba as an assistant referee.

The other match officials will come from Burundi, Djibouti, Kenya, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Tanzania, Sudan, Zanzibar, South Sudan, Somalia and host Uganda
